Our Work Speaks

Projects that've shaped communities and honored the past while building tomorrow

Over the years, we've had the privilege of working on some pretty incredible projects. From breathing new life into century-old buildings to creating spaces that push the boundaries of sustainable design - each one's taught us something new. Here's a glimpse into what keeps us excited about coming to work every day.

Heritage building restoration project

Gastown Heritage Block

Restored an 1890s brick warehouse while keeping its soul intact. Added modern systems without anyone noticing - that's kinda the point with heritage work.

Vancouver, BC | 2023

Sustainable residential architecture

North Shore Eco-Home

Net-zero energy home that doesn't look like a science experiment. The owners actually wanted it to feel cozy, imagine that.

North Vancouver, BC | 2024

Contemporary commercial building design

Yaletown Tech Hub

Converted an old print shop into flexible workspace. Kept the timber beams, added lots of light, and now everyone wants to work late.

Vancouver, BC | 2023

Urban planning and public space design

False Creek Waterfront Renewal

Master plan for 3km of waterfront. More green space, less concrete. People actually hang out here now instead of just passing through.

Vancouver, BC | 2024

Heritage home renovation project

Kitsilano Character Home Revival

1920s Craftsman that was falling apart. Saved what we could, rebuilt what we couldn't, and the neighbors are speaking to the owners again.

Vancouver, BC | 2022

Restaurant interior architecture

Granville Island Bistro

Restaurant interior using reclaimed materials from BC sawmills. Every table's got a story, literally - we engraved the mill history onto them.

Vancouver, BC | 2023

Mountain contemporary home design

Whistler Alpine Retreat

Mountain home that doesn't scream 'look at me' from the highway. Natural materials, big windows, and a roofline that just makes sense with the landscape.

Whistler, BC | 2024

Heritage church restoration

St. Mary's Community Centre

Turned a decommissioned 1912 church into community space. The stained glass stayed, the drafty windows didn't. People cry at weddings here for the right reasons now.

New Westminster, BC | 2022

Contemporary retail design

Main Street Mixed-Use

Ground floor retail, apartments above. Fits right into the neighborhood but doesn't pretend to be older than it is. Honest architecture's underrated.

Vancouver, BC | 2023

Contemporary interior design

West End Penthouse

Gut reno of a 70s condo. Opened up walls that shouldn't have been there and closed others that should've been. Now it flows like it was always meant to.

Vancouver, BC | 2024

Historic district renewal

Chinatown Revitalization Plan

Streetscape improvements that respect the area's history. Working with the community, not around them - took longer but turned out way better.

Vancouver, BC | 2023

Coastal contemporary home

White Rock Beach House

Coastal home built to handle whatever the ocean throws at it. Passive cooling, storm-resistant, and yeah - the views don't hurt either.

White Rock, BC | 2022
